A: It can be tailored to your needs. It is meant to be a personalized education experience around the basics of your Mac or PC. The Agent can do an overview of how to use software that comes along with your operating system (Ex. how to use your music player, organize photos/videos), They can show you how to use your browser, common keyboard shortcuts, etc.

Q: Can you help me set up internet?
A: There is a service called Home Wifi Setup & Support that is available to setup your router, wireless internet for you. This can be purchased online or in store.
A: The One Hour Basic Training service would be for an Agent to come out to your house and do a 1 on 1 training on how to use your new device. If you need to move files from your old computer to a new computer, it would be a separate service (a data transfer).
