Q: Is the door reversible? It says 'NO' in specs, but looks like it might be...
A: Yes, it is reversible.
Q: What are the dimensions? I have a really tight space.
A: 24" wide & 27" deep when pushed back to wall (incl air space in rear). Opening door 90 degrees will add about 1" to width, so allow 25" if you have a wall on the hinged side.
A: Extra parts are included, along with instructions on how to attach the doors on the other side.
A: Not much. BestBuy will ask you to bring it to the store. They will not do an in-house repair or replacement. Mine stopped working after 5 months. I did not get the warranty but understand that I would be having to take it to the store even if I did. There are other reviewers who have had the same issue.
Q: will 2 liter soda bottles fit in the door?
A: They show a milk carton on the bottom shelf in the door with plenty of room above it so you should be able too.
A: I never have frost so it must be auto.
A: No, this does not have to have a water line hooked up to it.
Q: Can this item be placed on it's back for transport?
A: Hi This unit can be transported on its side. Once it gets to its final destination, it is recommended that the unit stood back upright and wait 1-2 days before plugging in. Regards, Daniel T. - Insignia Support
