A: Yes it does. I bought a cylindrical powerbank that can be screwed in as part of the selfie stick. Works like a charm

A: Nope. I use this on my Samsung Android phone without any problems.

A: if you buy the basic camera (no bundle) it will not come with the selfie stick.
