Q: Is there a way to tighten the ball joint?
A: Hi Sean, the Velox Pro doesn't have a tightening knob for the ball joint. If you're having trouble with your mount, you can reach out to [email protected] and our support team will be happy to assist!
A: When you put your iPhone on the mount, it will start charging automatically (no need to connect a cable to your phone). There is a detachable USB-C cable that connects the mount to your vehicle's power port, but that's it (your phone won't charge if that cable is unplugged).
