Excellent Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to open my new Jabra Elite 7 Pro Earbuds, a set of earbuds with superior sound and quality design. I have been using them for several days now and have been very impressed. They sound terrific and fit better than I had hoped. I have always been hesitant to make a significant commitment to wireless earbuds because of their poor fit with my ears. However, I was delighted to find the fit of the Jabra 7 Elite Pro Earbuds to be both comfortable and secure. The earbuds come with three different sizes of eartips. It is essential that you use the eartips providing optimal fit – this was exceptionally important in giving me the confidence I needed in wearing them while on the move. This is the most important feature to me because I want to know that my earbuds fit securely and that I can move around quickly without worry of losing one of them. Because of the Active Noise Cancellation feature of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro, it becomes necessary, at times, to hear sounds or voices around you, for which the “HearThrough” feature is both convenient and remarkable. I am not only able to actively listen without removing my earbuds, but I am also sometimes able to hear more clearly with the “HearThrough” feature active than I had been without wearing the earbuds. Because of the long-lasting battery of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro Earbuds, I am able to work seamlessly without interruption to my daily productivity. Communicating in my office on speakerphone is no longer my preferred method; now, I prefer to use my earbuds to switch quickly between calls, music, podcasts, and meetings. The audio quality cannot be ignored. I didn’t think that I would ever be ready to set aside my wired headphones, but the Jabra Elite 7 Pro wireless earbuds make that an easy option. Both my productivity and communication have been improved, and I am very happy to have integrated these earbuds into my daily routine.

A great sound at home or on the go
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Jabra Elite 7 Pro ear buds have great quality sound and are extremely durable. They fit nicely into my ear and are labeled left and right for the older generation like myself who need direction. The case that the earbuds come in is sleek and durable too. The earbuds hold an incredible charge to be able to use for numerous days without plugging in. The app that Jabra provides is easy to use and has features such as noise cancelling and hear through. Also tells you what the battery life is and a locate your headset option. I enjoy using these earbuds around the house as well as when I am traveling. Would highly recommend.

Great all around except for maybe calls.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3rd time I buy them. Had some Bose earphones that had amazing noise canceling but the left ear piece only worked with the right one being in use and the charger was very bulky with a lackluster sound. I found the Samsung buds (different models) to be more uncomfortable and the touch options were annoying since I work outside and i might wipe away sweat or try to set them better in my ear when they crawl out a bit and makes them inconvenient. Turning off the options means needing to pull out my phone also being inconvenient. The jabras are the most comfortable. Anc isn't quite as good as the bose but I thought it was better than Samsung. Another thing is that both the Bose, and Samsung would have connectivity issues while moving around. They can be used individually with great sound. Wireless and usb C charging. Good app and they use buttons instead of touch making them more convenient. The only drawback is calls. Unless you're indoor with no noise they're not really worth using over your handset.

Best True Wireless I've had
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds great, doesn't protrude much, and lasts long, only complaint is that it can only connect to 2 devices. Has no issues with my phone and watch but laptop often has issues.

Loved the perfect fit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this perfect fit sporty ear buds that has a power house sound. Just the sheer sound quality and the way they fit my ears , made me say "wow". I have had couple of ear buds from big brands and have not been happy the way they fit and the features they provide. This ear buds caught me by surprise on all front. The Noice cancellation and hear through features are really exciting. I get the sound quality comparable to other top brands with this additional features which is worth the price and recommendation. The app to support this ear buds is also very well made . It is very intuitive and get to the various functions very easily without much thinking or effort to click around. Battery life on the buds is pretty good too. It lasted me for almost whole day of listening without putting it back in the case. This is my honest review even though i was given the opportunity to write this review with extra rebate.

So small, so clever!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.4 months ago Have been using these for a month or so now. The unboxing experience was great, and they scream quality. They are tiny, look really classy and are very subtle (which is good, as you feel safer wearing them). You need to install the Jabra app to get the most out of them. The app didn't connect first time around, but after restarting the app, it found them straight away. The app lets you configure the buttons, adjust the mode, tweak the noise cancelling, and also gives you useful info like battery levels for both earbuds and the case (shown via a notification on my Android phone). The earbuds make a tight fit in the ear (a range of sizes are provided, but I found the ones fitted were fine). This means that actually very little noise around you gets in, so the active noise cancelling (ANC) is just a bonus! I have to say, it works well, although not commuting at the moment has meant I have yet to try it out properly. I tried them out on the bike, just in one ear for safety reasons (yes, you can use just one on its own!), and they stayed in place the whole time, no problem. Getting them to sit right is a bit of a knack but you quickly get used to it. Sound quality is crisp, but I found they lacked bass in their default setting, so I boosted this with the equaliser. You could say their default setting is perfect for podcasts, less for electronic music! After tweaking, they are more to my liking. If you are hoping for the quality to be the same as a good pair of proper over ear headphones, I wouldn't get your hopes up too much, but it's close, and what can you expect given their tiny size. As an owner of an older set of Jabra in-ear headphones, these are smaller, lighter, quicker to respond, and they have the ANC. They're basically better in every way than a model that's a few years old, although when the previous generation with ANC are going for a fair bit less, you do have to think carefully about whether it's worth it. If you've got the money though, go for it!

Q: QuestionI carry a work phone and personal cell phone. Can these headphones connect to 2 devices at the same time?
Asked by Real84.
- A:Answer Yes. The 1/28/2022 firmware update added this feature. I waited until this promise was delivered before purchasing
Answered by Cubbie84
Q: QuestionIs multipoint enabled yet?
Asked by bkinnk.
- A:Answer If I’m understanding your question well enough, Multi-Point actually has been included with this headset, but you MUST download the Jabra Sound+ app. Then, when you download it, you might have to do a firmware update. The most recent firmware update allows Multi-Point. The app should automatically ask you to do a firmware update. If you agree, at first, you will have to keep your earbuds outside the case. When that is done, the app will ask you to place the earbuds in the case. From there, close the lid, and then a purple light will show on the case. This means that the firmware is updating. Do not open the case until the purple light quits flashing. Wait about 15 second when it fully stops then you can open the case and multipoint should be on them. Note: when the light is purple during the firmware update, it could last 15-20 minutes, so you may have to be a little patient. I hope this helps. God bless.

Q: QuestionWhen switching modes from ANC to hearthrough, do the headphones announce it with a voice or a tone? Is it possible to change it to a tone if the default is a voice?
Asked by June.
- A:Answer You can actually choose either tone or voice guidance. But you will need the Jabra Sound+ app. If you have it, go to “Headset Settings”. Then, it will take you to a page where it will say “Headset Configuration”. Finally go to “Headset Feedback” when you scroll down a little bit. It’s basically the third one down. After you’re there, you will have three options: “Voice Guidance”, second “Tone Guidance”, and the last one will be “No Guidance”. I hope this helps. God bless!

Q: QuestionHow to find my fit to check the fit
Asked by Mike.
- A:Answer Download the jabra Sound+ app available in the google Playstore and Apple store. When first paired it it will automatically run a fit check. To access Fit Check: - Open the app - Click the gear icon (upper right on screen) -Click "Personalize My Headset" -Click "Myfit" It is also recommended (and run on first pairing) to run the "MySound" test. This will test for your hearing sensitivity to a spectrum of sound frequencies, and automatically adapt your personak sound profile.

Q: QuestionDo these have a mute button for the mic while on phone calls? (So you can leave phone in pocket and not grab it when going on/off mute in meetings while out and about)
Asked by JC.
- A:Answer Hello JC- To mute/unmute the microphone during a call, press the Left or the Right button. In mono earbud mode, press the button of the earbud you are using to mute/unmute the microphone. Thank you for your question!

Q: QuestionThe sound quality of these for music is superb but anytime I am on a phone call I am told it is horrible. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to rectify this?
Asked by TMan.
- A:Answer It’s likely the bone sensing mics. The next time your on a call, try gently pressing both buds against your ears. Obviously not a solution, and these buds are crap for calling, but if it works is a good sign that it’s the bone conducting feature not working with your ear shape.

Q: Questionwhere can i register item
Asked by ayb.
- A:Answer The Sound+ app prompts you to register for a free 2 year dust and water protection warranty
Answered by Cassedaway
Q: QuestionDoes anyone have experience using these while exercising. I have been struggling to find a pair of head phones that work for me. I have tried Bose, Apple, and Beats.
Asked by Mrea.
- A:Answer Ive had no issue. These are an upgrade from my samsung buds which would occasionally come loose and almost fall out while running.
