A: Hello Snowbird, This item weighs 100 lbs with the packaging, and 90 LBS when assembled. It does require assembly, but comes with all parts and hardware, as well as step by step assembly instructions. You can purchase an in-home assembly service called "Geek Squad" through Best Buy if you'd like, but details and pricing would be discussed with them. Because of it's size and weight, we recommend having two people move the item before and after assembly. Once it is assembled, if the item is dragged rather than lifted, the supports underneath can break. Please let us a know if you have any other questions!
