A: Large
Q: I am a Bass fisherman and use a flipping stick. Will Jawbone24 fly off my wrist
A: No, my husband is in the excavating industry and he uses it to shovel etc. You will be fine. He even plays football and baseball with it on.
Q: When does it need to be recharged?
A: I charged mine the first day I got it for a few hours, and ever since then I only hook it up to the charger when I shower. I've never had a low charge and have been wearing the band for two months!

A: Yes all up 24 alarms are set through the app, please note it only vibrates and does not make a sound when an alarm is triggered
