The Worst!

This is the worst workout video/game I've ever used! The workouts are poorly put together with no time to set yourself up for the exercises. In the running segment the screen displays the amount of laps you'll be doing, but no indication how long a lap is. The exercises using the Wii balance board are awkward. The comments made by Jillian's avatar are horrible (example: "You're wasting my time.") This "game" is already in my bag of items to sell or donate.

It's an ok work out game. It's somewhat of a rip off IMHO. There is very few features in this game and a limited number of work outs, especially when you compare it to what you get with WII Fit plus, and EA's WII active. This is a simple attempt to capitalize of her name. I wouldn't recommend this to someone, at full price wait until it's discounted

its really cool to have Jillan Micheal's help you work out. I thought it was cool that you could pick out which outfit Jillian will wear while you work out with the game. It stinks that you cant get good resluts in the game if you dont have the wii balence board. So if you dont have the balence board this would not be a good game for you.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this game, but bought it anyway because I love Jillian! I will say that if you are not in decent shape already you will have a difficult time keeping up with it. That being said...so what! That's the point of working out. You'll get better with time & have real milestones to track your progress. In a few months you'll remember how when you first got the game you couldn't do 10 push-ups and now it's a breeze.
The only negatives I have are that she does not demonstrate the exercise prior to starting the reps so it takes a few seconds to figure out & as such you do not get credit for doing it properly which affects your points/percentages. Not that big of a deal though, since...for me anyway...that isn't why I bought it. I bought it to get in shape, not earn points to change her outfits...but I know they gotta fill the game up with as much fluff as possible! Lol! My other negative is that in some of the exercises she does, she doesn't use the balance board, so if you're using one you'll have to figure out how to alter the exercise to gain those precious points/percentages! If you're not an enormous dope though I'm sure you can figure it out.
Overall I think it's a great game, and you'll get out of it what you put into it. If you're serious about getting fit & put the effort in you will see results very quickly. ****That is of course if you're following a sensible diet in addition to the exercise plan.****

Very disappointing and de-motivating

The graphics were boring for the 5 minute warm-up run. The impression from the package was the locales could be changed but it stayed in one locale for the entire run.
The direct feedback and 'motivation' were anything but motivating. I do not find the trainer's response of "stop wasting my time" very motivating. The only good thing about the trainer feedback is the volume adjustment -- it can be set to very low.
I was unable to change the type of background music which was also repetitious to the point of annoying.
The camera angle allows viewing Jillian from the front or from the sides. I find it much easier to learn the moves when viewing the leader from behind -- especially when the exact movements are being evaluated by the wii.
The menus were difficult to follow. Not very user friendly.

Pretty Good

I was skeptical of how good of a workout this would be but I was surprised that I got a fairly good workout from it. The challenges are good and it seems like it's not just a cartoon showing you the moves but a real person showing you the correct way to do it.

Waste of Money

This isn't like the wii fit plus where it is measuring what you are doing. One of the running things I tried with her I could stand still and she still continues to run in front of you. I want something that is going to measure me and know that I am actually doing the exercise.
