A: The ear webbing is fairly strong and robust - it makes for a tight seal to the ear. To increase the stay-put power, I suggest you go for a larger set of the ear bud covers - the part that goes inside the ear. That will create additional tension to hold the earpiece in place. It might be a bit uncomfortable, but it should address your concern.
