Q: How do you clean and how many do you need to clean it
A: It cleans itself. There's maintenance menus that you can access for cleaning the coffee system and the milk system. It rinses itself out when powering up or shutting down. You need some cleaning solution for the milk hose, but it sucks it in through a hose. It dumps water in the drip tray. When you pull out the drip tray to dump the water, you can also access the used grounds bin.
