Sweet Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the regular Keurig for a few months before it failed in the power switch and went to exchange it. I got the 2.0 because the other had been phased out. What I didn't like about the original machine was the small volume given at the smaller cup setting. I chose the small setting because I like strong coffee and with a K-Cup, you get weaker coffee the larger the brew. I love the new 2.o because it puts out a lslightly larger "small" cup which fills my normal coffee cup about 3/4 of the way rather than 1/2. It is also noticeably more quiet. I think it's lame that Keurig made it so you can't use unofficial K-cups, but there is a way around that anyone can learn on You Tube. This machine seems just right for my lifestyle and makes a good, fast cup of coffee.

Awesome affordable product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this item i think on sale for $89 when I went to bestbuy as Christmas gift for my husband. My husband was so overjoyed to find out that it was this brand of coffeemaker I gave him particulary after being very dissappointed from our previous coffeemakers of a much cheaper brand. So far, our new coffeemaker has been really wonderful. It is easy to use, and the water reservoir also makes it convenient. I, and especially my husband who is now a big coffee lover have nothing but praises for this coffeemaker.

I upgraded my old Keurig.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I moved into a small apartment and my original Keurig was so much larger. I decided to get a new one only because of the smaller design. It takes up less counter space. It heats up quicker then the old one. I like that you can select to make a strong cup of coffee. I was a little disappointed because you can only use Keurig approved pods and the machine does recognize the difference. I like that you can also press the hot water only button for hot cereal, instant coffee, cup of soup. I know you could have use the old machine for that but the old machine seemed to have coffee taste to the boiled water and a little coffee grounds sometimes. I love my new machine. I love that it takes less space and I love that it brews my coffee quicker.

Love my Keurig from bestbuy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never thought I would get a Keurig but I shop a lot at Best Buy and I am a Best Buy rewards member which really payed off for me, this Model the K200 is a single cup version that will make up to 10oz cup size. I have a few larger cups so sometimes 10oz is not enough to fill the cup so I run it twice on the same coffe grounds doing a 10oz round and a 4 oz round. You can do 4oz , 6 oz , 8 oz and 10 oz . It doesn’t take up a bunch of space and it brews a cup really quick and the quality of taste is always consistent .

Great K Cup Brewer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally broke down and bought s Keurig! The color is what attracted me —- “Sandy Pearl” that I knew would look great in my almond kitchen. Being on sale at a great price was a nice bonus. We’ve been using it a few months and have had no problems.

Love the color of my new keurig.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still the great benefits of your standard previous models with the new colors and placement of the water reservoir Makes the appearance very inviting. With a simple touch screen to choose appropriate cup size and tells you when to add water ( politely I might add) and change the filter no more guess work. With ease of use and so many types of coffee, tea’s and cocoas to choose from this is a great little unit to perk up your kitchen or office with efficient brewing and a pop of color.

Nice design, with a couple of small issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this Keurig to replace the K-Mini K15 model. It was on sale for $69, so it was a personally perfect for us having $65 in rewards. We chose the Sandy Pearl color to match our taupe cabinets. The design is nice and looks sleeker than other models although the actual footprint seems to be about the same. Main complaints include seemingly slow pre-heat/warm-up time and inclination to splatter. We always use the strong brew option, which is stronger for k-cup but still not as strong as a regular brewed coffee.

Q: QuestionThe message on the screen is water under pressure . Perform needle maintenance. What do I do to perform "needle maintenance". I do not have an owners manual to look up troubleshooting. Please help.
Asked by Brewster.
- A:Answer Hi there. My 2.0 just had this issue and after doing the needle maintenance it still put out the same error message. I called Keurig Tech Support and was told to use a paper clip to run through the needles at the top (front and rear). She stayed on the line with me while I struggled with finding a way to put the paper clip through the needle at the front top. She then had me unplug the machine, turn it upside down over the sink and run hot water through that area. Still nothing. I was told to try descaling, which I did, and still got the same message. I did needle maintenance again, and ran the paper clip. Nothing. After giving up, I unplugged the machine and let it sit for a week...too irritated to deal with it. Anyway, the hilarious piece of this story is my impatience and frustration made me order an European coffee maker that I’d been wanting. Today I decided to give it one more try before chucking it the garage. I descaled it again, using the Keurig descaling solution, rounds of needle maintenance, and wasted/ruined k pods, etc. It was obvious water was able to flow, but the regular sized (single cup) pods looked like they were pressurized each time I got the “water under pressure message. Oddly, I could brew using a pod adapter that I put my own coffee into, as well as a carafe K pod. Then I had an epiphany...I examined the last ruined k pod, looked closely at the pod holder and saw a needle. Duh, duh, duh! I figured out that the pod holder comes out by pushing the button on the underside. I popped the holder out and tried running a paper clip through the needle, then washed the holder in hot water, and ran a smaller pin into the needle until I could blow air through it. Snapped the pod holder back into the machine, threw a single cup k pod in and...I brewed a 12 ounce cup of coffee without an error message! Here’s the part that irritates me - after doing the steps Keurig Tech Support told me to do, my machine was still a paper weight. The tech person never mentioned the lower needle in the pod holder. Why?? What she did do was offer me was 20% off of a new machine, because my warranty expired six months earlier. SERIOUSLY? At the price of these machines, that’s the best they can do? Come on Keurig...how about training your techs better and making it well known that the pod holder needle also clogs? Anyway, hope this helps. From what I can tell, the “Water Under Pressure” error message is not uncommon and the only “fix” seems to be the orange needle maintenance adapter, which doesn’t work if it’s the lower needle that is clogged.

Q: QuestionWill the older Keurig branded K-cups work in the 2.0 model? We have an original Keurig and bought bulk k-cups to use with it. If we purchase a 2.0 Keurig model, will those Caribou k-cups we bought for the original keurig machine work in the newer 2.0 keurig model? The K-cups do have the Keurig logo on them.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer They should. We got this new brewer and have been using nothing but old K-Cups that we used in our original model Keurig.

Q: QuestionHow do I know if a pod can be used in this machine? My question is similar to the previous question about the pods for this machine. I picked up some cups from HEB that said they were "compatible with Keurig brewers" but the machine doesn't recognize them. Am I missing something? Do the pods actually have to have the Keurig logo on them, because I didn't see any like that at my grocery store. Where am I supposed to get those pods?
Asked by Samantha.
- A:Answer Yes it looks for the Keurig branding around the top. Carefully Peel the entire top label from a true Keurig brand pod and lay it on top of the HEB pod and it will work

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know the approximate number of refills of the reservoir before the water filter needs to be replaced?I.E., should I buy the water filters when I buy the coffee maker? Or wait until something tells me I need to change it? And, is there a warning to change it?
