Select the desired temperature by scrolling left to right or manually by selecting the grid in the upper right corner and entering the Convect Roast temperature into the keypad. 5. Select Start. No preheating necessary. 6. 30” Kitchenaid Double Oven
I’m building a new house and this is the second double oven from Kitchenaid that I have purchased. I never had any issues with it before, and it has worked great.

Dual convection and Proofing feature nice.
Very satisfied with the KitchenAid so far. Dual convection ovens is nice to have, and the proofing function for bread is super handy. The blue interior really does show a more realistic color of the food.
