However, if you order online they will randomly pick a doll and I did not get the doll that was on the advertisement picture that I wanted. The fine print does say they randomly choose the doll, and they all have the same sku number.

A: You will have to go in person to choose the specific doll. You can see on the outside package which doll it is. These 3 dolls have the same sku number at Best Buy and they randomly choose one to send you. I thought I had purchased kitty queen and was sent lil DJ. The fine print explains that you will get a random doll.
