Q: Does this have word loaded on it?
A: It doesn't have any pre-loaded software, but it only works with Google apps (Google docs which is similar to MS Word but a Google product, Google sheets which is similar to MS Excel but Google, etc). Once you're familiar with the Google apps, you're golden. You just need a Google log-in, you can create one if you don't have one, and you're all set.
A: yes. After that, it depends on which CB you bought and what options they offer for extended services.
Q: Can you scroll with the touchpad?
A: Yes it has two finger scroll.
A: The screen and keyboard are slightly smaller than a regular full-sized screen and keyboard.
Q: Do I have access to cloud f o r storage?
A: Yes. There are also apps to connect to Windows network, OneDrive, etc. from the native File App.
