Q: what is the HZ on this monitor?
A: The refresh rate is up to 165Hz with a 1ms response time. I personally set it to 120hz because I'm not a professional competitive gamer and my RTX 2060 can't spit out 120fps on most games anyway.
Q: What hdmi cable do I need to use with this monitor?
A: The Lenovo G27c-10 Monitor ships with its own 6 ft. HDMI cable.
Q: Can i hook up my xbox to this monitor ?
A: The Lenovo G27c-10 Monitor connects via HDMI or DisplayPort. You can connect an external gaming console to this monitor.
Q: how do i set the refresh rate to 144 becuse its stuck at 60hz
A: What is your graphics card and what cables are you using? If you are using a Nvidia card, you have to have a display cable. If you are using the display cable then you need to go to G sync, you can from right click on the desktop, choose Nvidia Control panel, display, and change resolution. If you are using an AMD card then you can with the AMD software and by using just the HDMI cable which comes with the monitor. If you do not have either of those brands of graphics cards, you will be unable to get past 60 hz.
Q: We just bought this monitor... does it come with a power cord?? Ours did not!
A: It should come with a power cord and HDMI cord, but not a display port. You will need that to max out the monitor.
Q: Can you buy speakers to connect to this monitor?
A: You can buy speakers to connect to your PC.
A: Hello, thanks for your question. This appears to be a setting you will need to change on your console to get the refresh rate on your monitor.
