A: When you go they will help you transfer your information over to your new phone and then wipe the old one. They will check it for damage and then take it in. Hope this helps.

A: this phone does not have a headphone jack. You have to use bluetooth or you can get the adapter that connects to the regular corded headphones and plugs into your charging port. That's what I use
