Q: Why does the washer shake so violently on "med" or "high" spin cycle?
A: If you use a level, and balance the washer properly on the floor by adjusting the feet, it does not vibrate at all, and is in fact rather quiet!
Q: Can this be stacked with its matching dryer?
A: I believe it can be stacked, but you will not be able to reach any of the buttons and controls. Unless you're a giant. So I would not recommend stacking them.
Q: Can I trade in an older model for a new one?
A: The simple answer to your question is no. We do have a trade-in program, but appliances are not accepted. If you were to purchase a new washing machine and have it delivered, then we would haul away your old washing machine and recycle it. Thank you!
Q: Where is the filter located in the washer? How easy is it to replace?
A: There should be a little cut-out panel at the bottom left of the machine. Once you remove that panel, you'll see a drain hose and the filter access. Extend the drain hose, remove the drain plug on the hose and drain the water from the line (into a small bucket). Once the line is empty, unscrew the filter by twisting the handle counter-clockwise. Clean any build-up from the filter, wipe out the inside of the filter unit and then replace the filter by screwing it back in. There is no filter to replace. You just need to clean it regularly.

A: Hi Anon, the power cord on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG LG - 4.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer - White, Model # WM3370HWA is 5 feet long. The owner's manual instructs that the power outlet must be within 60 inches (1.5 m) on either side of the washer...^IFV
