Q: Does the oven adjust the baking temp from regular oven temp to convection temp automatically?
A: It has 2 buttons..1 for regular bake and 1 for convection. Convection bake more evenly and cook 25* lower than normal bake(ex. If you set convection to 350* the display will end up saying 325*) because of the constant flow of hot air. It’s awesome! There is a guide in the manual as well to explain and tell you what too cook on what button too! Pretty much everything can be cooked with convection. It takes less heat and less time and more evenly cooked. I tried 2 different frozen pizzas on either button and both did a great job cooking it. So you choose the button not automatically will it switch.
