A: Hope this answers your question. Pardon my rough sketch, the blue area is the offset which allows you to run cables to the bottom of the TV, the yellow is the power chord which also runs into this area. If you are planning to have power or cable management setup in the back of the TV, you need to make sure it is in this channel they provided. I have a soundbar which hides the cables running down from the TV, so I did not have to do much to hide the cables.
A: THE WALL MOUNT PUSHES FLAT AGAINST THE WALL AND CAN BE PULLED OUT ABOUT 3 INCHES AS WELL. THIS GIVES YOU JUST A LITTLE ROOM TO CONNECT HDMI CABLES ETC. AND PROBABLY ENOUGH ROOM FOR YOUR LOUVERS. BUT IF YOUR LOUVERS ARE OVER 1" I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT WALL MOUNT THAT ACTUALLY PULLS AWAY FROM THE WALL

Q: Is this tv subject to burn in?
A: There is a 5 year warranty on the panel, so I went for it. My C7 was bad burn in. Supposedly these new panels are less likely to have the burn in issue is what i was told. Love my G2!!
