Q: New LG TV didn't come with base or manuals
A: If the LG - 86" Class 70A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 86QNED70AUA, is still within the return period stated on the back of your Best Buy receipt, you can contact Best Buy to let them know that the stand legs were missing. If you are past that return period, you will need to contact LG's Customer Support on social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.,) to let them know so they can send you a replacement for the stand legs. The TV only comes with a starter guide and has a built-in Users Guide on the TV...^Ivan.

LG 86” - Go Big or Go Home
I did a lot of research and the LG did not disappoint. I needed a tv that would do great in a bright livingroom and also able to watch when I’m on my treadmill from a side view. This tv is amazing and the price met my budget.

This TV has a very nice picture!! Beautiful colors. Geek Squad did an excellent job on the installation. This was a great value!!

Great value
For a lower priced tv, the quality of picture and sound is good. I was surprised at how well the sound quality was.
