Q: can you vacuum and mop hardwood floor at the same time?
A: No, when the mop nozzle is attached, the suction is turned off and only the mop function operates. ^Daphane
Q: How does this work on cleaning carpeted steps?
A: I am a vacuum tester on YouTube. The A9 will do great on carpeted steps. Use the main power head attach it to the hand vac and clean away. The motorized brush will dig up all the sand and hair in the carpet!
A: Mine did not come with the soft roller, and I really want one. :( LG website referred me to other resellers that might carry it, but I'm having a hard time locating it.
A: Yes, it's supposed to stick in then you have to combine it with the combination tool inserted like the photos attached.
Q: Can i use old a9 by attached A9 wet mop unit
A: I'm sure you can, as long as it is the same connection. The mop unit just swirls the cloth pads around and drips water out so it can be a kind of wet dust mop. It uses the power from the wand to do it. But it does not vacuum up anything, when in this mode.
Q: Is this dual voltage (120-240v) and 50/60 hertz?
A: Model A929KVM should only be used with a 100 V ~ 240 V/50/60 Hz outlet. ^Daphane
Q: does this vacuum have a trigger that you have to continuously hold while cleaning?
A: No. It has a power button you turn on & off. In my opinion, way better then the Dyson
