A: I bought an open box in excellent condition about a month ago and when I received it the only thing in the box was the phone and an aftermarket charger, no second screen. I returned it the same day that I received it and on August 13th I seen they had them again but this time refurbished. I called customer service and they assured me that it had the second screen, as advertised, so I ordered it again on August 13th. It was supposed to be at my store for pickup yesterday and for some reason it is now delayed and they told me to wait a few more days. Hopefully customer service is correct and it has the second screen, I will update you when I receive it. If it does not I won't accept it. I did buy a new one early this year from them and it did have the dual screen and is great.
