Q: Can you charge the iPhone 5s while encased in the lifeproof case?
A: Yes, it has a hinged opening located at the charging connection. The charging cord fits easily in and is easy to remove when charging is complete.
Q: Warranty?
A: If your not sure if its still working, test it without your phone in it. Take your phone out using a quarter to pry it open where.the indented slots are. Push it back together and test it in a sink full of water. Place something heavy on it so its fully immersed. then open it again and see if any water got in. When you put your phone back in make sure it clicks down all the way.
Q: Does this LifeProof case come with a protection plan?
A: Yes you just have to do warranty through life proof and they will send a replacement I have done many times starting from iPhone 4 all the way to 6
Q: Does the iphone 5-5s case fit the 5se?
A: Yes the 5-5s case will fit the new SE I Phone!
Q: Do I need a Screen protector?
A: Yes it will fit in the case the screen protectors are not thick and they do add the extra protection from scratches!!! Plus if you had it out of the case and accidently drop it, the (glass protectors) will add that cushion so the screen won't crack.
