Absolutely the worst and poorest video and audio quality Music / Documentary DVD I've ever purchased. Even though you might adore Keith Urban, you will be disappointed. First of all, the shipping label / packing list actually specifies the name of this item as "Little bit of Everything-Unauthorized" (not specified on Best Buy's Website as such), which obviously means Keith Urban did not authorize the distribution of this DVD. Secondly, and noticeable from the start, this was recorded in stereo two channel sound, or possibly mono (indistinguishable), with no selection for any other sound options, Sound quality, or lack thereof, was even garbled for the most part. Also, part way through the interview, you will notice the sound not even matching the lips (off by at least one second). Thirdly, Video Quality. This was possibly recorded with someone's home quality video recorder, most likely predating the 1990s. The whole way through, people's skin tone had a greenish tint, and the video quality was not sharp, as you would at least expect with a DVD recording. It resembled the quality of poorly produced VHS tape. Best Buy - Shame on you for selling this to unsuspecting consumers and shame on you for not allowing me to return, because it had been opened.
