Q: does the case cover the keys when not in use to protect accidental touchin any key when picking phone or handling phone in any way

A: No, it does not cover any keys. The on/off key and the volume keys are always open and exposed. It is a perfect fit but it is a tight fit. When you are placing the cover on the phone it feels like you are going to break the phone but you are not. It has a tight rubber fit around the front screen so you have to work with it to get it to fit snugly around the phone facing. Please try fitting it again if it does not work the first time. It took me two tries but it does fit and works well. Just be patient. I really like mine. If you have problems with your hands or fingers like I do get someone to help you. I stand my phone on its side in my purse or put it in its on compartment in a purse so the on/off key and volume keys do not get pressed. That works well for me without any problems. Phone wallets are very nice too. They can help with this problem as well.

Q: What size is this.. I noticed on other sites they come in 5.5" I need the 6" cover.

A: If you have the Jitterbug Smart 2, this is the cover for it. I don't think Jitterbug has a smartphone bigger that this. It goes by screen size not actual phone dimension.

The perfect case for the Jitterbug Smart 2
So....you don’t have a lot of options for the Jitterbug Smart 2 phone. But the one option you do have, that comes in two colors...is a very sturdy and solid case for the phone. I was beyond surprised. It gave the phone a little more thickness and a little more feel of solid protection for the phone. I got the phone for my dad who is in his 80’s. He has thick and fat fingers...makes the phone look tiny. It’s also hard for him to grab the thin phone. This case gave him the ability to grip it better and the buttons for the volume up and down and for the in/off button protrude out at different levels on the side so you can differentiate the difference in the button functions. Also makes the tactile function of the subtle button on the side of the phone, easier to find. He’s an old farmer and I know it’s possibly going to take a beating and I have no worries now. I also got the screen protector they sell for this phone and it’s a thick stiff sheet that applies to the screen and works in tandem with this case to give it excellent protection. Definitely worth the money for the investment of this phone to keep your elderly parent safe and protected Incase of emergencies.

Pretty darn nice!
Absolutely love the back side cover for my Great Call Phone. It fits so nice on the phone and feels so good in the palm of the hand. Very nice! I also like the "subtle" color of this cover. Thanks, Best Buy!

BEAUTIFUL COLOR
FITS MY PHONE GREAT, AND THE COLOR IS BEAUTIFUL. WHEN I DROPPED MY PHONE IT PROTECTED IT FROM GETTING SCARED UP.
