Q: What type of batteries does this require?

A: The wreath runs on 3 AA batteries. Incredible! I thought for sure it ran on C or D batteries. I'm really excited to use this wreath on my front door. All LED Christmas lighting should offer the option between white and multicolored. Once you switch it on, it will stay on for 6 hours then off for 18 hours every day until it is switched off. The wreath has 9 different lighting patterns which you can cycle through by hitting the power button on the battery box. Very nifty.

Q: Is this wreath designed for outside use on homes with no shelter to the entrance?

A: No, unfortunately it is not. I read in the instructions that the wreath is intended for indoor or covered outdoor decorative use only. Might be because of the pine cones and berries on it, or the battery case isn't fully waterproof.

Q: I ordered this wreath about a month and a half ago and put my Christmas decorations up recently. The wreath doesn’t abide by the directions on the paperwork it came with. Not once has it automatically done the timer of 6 hours on and 18 hours off.

A: I didn't even know it had that feature until the next morning when I went out to turn off. It was already off Thought it was broken and told my wife. She said leave it up anyway, that it was pretty on the door. That night I went to turn other things on for the evening and there it was lighted up like it should be and it did it right up till we took it down in Jan

Q: Was wondering if the lights are pre installed on the wreath? I previously ordered a lighted wreath and broke the lights because I had to install them myself. Too much work.

A: This wreath comes with everything installed. Lights on wreath so no problem there. Only thing to do is install the batteries, hang wreath, and attach suction cups on battery pack to wall. Easy to change the different light settings. Mine came almost perfect, some small debris had fallen off. Hope this helps!

Q: Bought 2 wreaths for outdoor use. One works fine. Goes on automatically for 8 hours and turns itself off. The other one however won't light at all. Put in brand new batteries twice. Still no go. Can this be fixed?
