Enjoy the functionality of a laptop by attaching this Logitech Type+ 920-006576 protective case to your Apple iPad Air 2. The Bluetooth keyboard features comfortably spaced keys and a dedicated row of iOS shortcuts for effortless typing and navigation.
Q: Would it fit the regular iPad?
A: The product is specifically formed for the size of an iPad Air 2, which is 9.4 inches by 6.6 inches by 0.24 inches. For use on any other iPad, measure the dimensions of the iPad first to see if it matches these specifications or the case may not cover it correctly.
Q: Is this keyboard case good? Red colers
A: It's great. I use the foldout stand often. The stand folds so flat I didn't realize it was there until I opened the package.
Q: How to connect this keyboard to my iPad ? Why the blue light is keeping flash?
A: First, this case is ONLY for the iPad Air 2; not any other model. Simply snap the iPad Air 2 into the curved corners at the top, matching the corners of the iPad. You must go into setup on the iPad and turn on Bluetooth. This is the way the keyboard works with the iPad. As you lift the top of the case, the bottom of the iPad locks to the magnetic strip at the top of the keyboard section. The light should light green, then blue...then shut off. At this point, you should be able to use the keyboard for the iPad.
Q: does this case have a protective cover over the screen
A: No, not a separate cover. However, when the case is closed, the screen is sandwiched into the middle and is protected.
Q: Can you fold this case over and use as a tablet/reader without having to take the ipad out?
A: Yes. Simply slide the bottom of the iPad over the keyboard. You then have a sandwich with the iPad screen on top, and the keyboard below...both facing upward.
Q: Are the keyboards for the Apple Air 2 compatible with the Apple Air?
A: Since there appear to be slight differences in dimensions of the iPad Air vs the Air 2, I don't think they are compatible.
Q: Will this work for iPad Pro 9.7
A: I love this case, but it did not work on my new 9.7 iPad Pro. Technically, it works as in the bluetooth will connect, but the magnetic strip that holds the iPad in place won't connect. The new iPad has the Smart Connectors and they were not allowing the iPad to stand securely in the "laptop" position. If I'm doing something wrong, feel free to correct me as I'd love to continue to use it.
