Peter Jackson hit it out of the park and set up fans of Tolkien’s middle earth work to cheer for the big screen. The audio (score and sound effects), crisp picture and wonderfully compelling storylines weave textures through multiple themes. This 15 disc Deluxe edition blu ray box set is by far my favorite film trilogy adapted from literature. Enjoy in 5.1 or 7.1 surround, in multiple languages, closed captioning or in Director mode. There’s something to learn with each viewing.

The product is great which is why I’ll give it a five star rating; the service provided by Best Buy to get my item was terrible/ worst experience ever. Originally ordered for pick at the front desk for check out and my item which would be ready in an hour for pick and was not ready; Once I got there I waited 3 hours because they mentioned they were behind on orders and then they couldn’t find my order, so I walked into the store and picked the item off the shelf myself and witnessed one guy/ Best Buy Employee casually walking around the isle searching for movies taking his time all while other customers are waiting for their orders (no wonder they were so behind) It looks like the employees can’t work together since I saw the manager doing most of the work while the rest of the employees hardly tried to get orders in on time. Very, very slow workers; you’re better off going to the store and picking up the item off the shelf as well and you’ll be lucky to not experience terrible service by an employee there I recently went on November again to buy a printer; my bf asked an employee a question and he smirked and gave him the answer as if my boyfriend should have known the answer, obviously we asked a question because we are not aware and don’t know, the least the employee could do is kindly respond and not be so arrogant. By the way we never lost our cool, we were kind and patient in both situations. Hope this review helps in bettering customer service.

This is an awesome set, there is a ton of behind the scenes content. Just to note: the cases themselves are pretty fragile, so handle them carefully.
