A: No, but it does repel watrer. Carried the bag in a rain storm and my items stayed dry.

Q: Will this bag hold my 300 mm lens attached to my camera body + another lens?
A: I think so, I attached my 200mm zoom lens to my Sony mirrorless camera, and two other lenses + flash and there was plenty of room.
