Q: Is this the monopod that can get shots from low angles by flipping it? And for DSLR cameras?
A: I'm not sure what you mean by "low," but, yes, the monopod is adjustable so you can use it while sitting on the ground or on a log. As to flipping it, when adjusted to "short," it would be easy to flip, following a bird above you.--If that is what you mean.
