A: Depends. It can be attached to existing ductwork above or behind the unit. I didn't have that, so mine directs the airflow to the front of the unit.
Q: Is installation and delivery available for this product ? And how much ?
A: Installation is available. I was quoted $130.
A: You do not need to have that plastic cover on your door. That should have been removed when it was installed. Tear it off and clean the door.
