Q: Where do you add the fabric softener??
A: This washer has been designed to allow the use of the Downy Ball dispenser. Pour a measured amount of Downy liquid fabric softener into the Downy Ball dispenser, pull the ring tightly to seal it, and place on top of load. The Downy Ball dispenser will automatically release the fabric softener during the rinse cycle.
