buyer beware
I think the deleted my last review. Washer arrived with a huge dent. Too much of a pain to return it, their customer service is awful so I don't have hours to waste on the phone. The washer is extremely loud. The washer is so loud it's not actually not hearing safe I measure 91.9db with an app on my phone that's basically a lawnmower. I only had it for a few weeks and it started having issues. Pretty sure they gave me a washer that was already returned once. I cant prove it but this is clearly garbage. Best Buy is a rip off. I won't buy another product from them, ever. I'd rate this zero stars but I have to leave one star.

Maytag washer
Initially my first delivery of the washer I noticed that the bottom panel was damaged and dented. I then contacted Best Buy and promptly processed my replacement and delivered it out within a couple of weeks. Maytag is a wonderful machine and I highly recommended them! Even though they are not built as heavy duty as in years past I love the washer.

The washer softener, cup fall apart, I heard something moving in there so remove the cup and saw that it was broken
