No, Memoirs of an Invisible Man isn't going to top anyone's favorite John Carpenter's film list, but it IS kinda underrated. It's not him going for his master or horror tag, it's him having a fun time with a sci-fi infused version of North by Northwest. The film look great for how old it is, with some nice bonus material. Enjoy reminding yourself that this in fact was a big stepping stone between Terminator 2 and Jurassic Park when it comes to the visual effects work Industrial Light and Magic were doing.

Considered a lesser Carpenter film, it is still highly entertaining, and Chevy Chase is great in a rare non-comedy performance (though he gets to play some humorous moments.) Shout Factory presents good PQ and AQ as always.
