

Thank you for participating in the Upgrade+ program.
You will have received a letter from Citizens Bank informing you of a change to your Citizens Pay® account for your purchase at Best Buy as a part of the Upgrade+ program.
As of the termination date in your letter, Citizens Pay will no longer finance purchases from Best Buy for the Upgrade+ program. Your account will be closed. However, your account will continue to be serviced in accordance with the terms in the financing agreement provided to you at account opening.
What this means:

If there is an outstanding balance on your account as of your termination date, you will still be responsible for your regular minimum monthly payments, and your account will continue to be serviced in accordance with the terms in the financing agreement provided to you at account opening.

Your repayment schedule includes a final payment in month 37, also called a “Balloon Payment.” The remaining outstanding balance will be due and payable with your final month 37 Balloon Payment.

Access your account at pay.citizensbank.com to view your outstanding balance amount and your Balloon Payment amount.

If the Best Buy program permits, you may satisfy some or all of the Balloon Payment by returning the product (the required condition of the returned device is determined by Best Buy), or by returning the product and purchasing a new device (subject to condition of device determined by Best Buy).

Best Buy is responsible for assessing the condition of your device for eligibility of return, or of return and purchase (trade-in). Any dispute related to a return, or a return and purchase (trade-in) received by Citizens Pay will be directed to Best Buy.
- If your account is deemed eligible for a return or a return and purchase (trade-in), Best Buy will provide additional information prior to the end of your existing finance term.
