Q: Do you charge the mophie and phone at the same time or separately.
A: You can charge both at the same time. Also, you can access the iPhone and download data etc while the iPhone is in the Mophie.
Q: Is the IPhone 6 Plus case compatible with the IPhone 6S Plus
A: Yes, this unit is compatible with both models.
Q: How long does the case battery last ?
A: The battery light gives you an additional 8 - 10 hours depending on how much utilize any social media application. If widgets are running that need extra battery life can be less. But I'm on mine like crazy and all sources of social media usage is what it averages for me.
Q: Mophie case
A: I had a co-worker that purchased the iPhone 6s plus and he tried it with my mophie case for iPhone 6 plus. This didn't fit due to the new back the iPhone 6s plus has. It is a very tight fit and he didn't want to risk damaging or scratching the phone. I wouldn't recommend this for the new iPhone 6s plus.
Q: can you help with my mophie juice pack?
A: When charging, it does not matter what position the switch is in as it "Smart Charges" itself and the phone. You can only use a micro usb charge cable with the case, not the lightning cable from Apple.
A: The case comes precharged and doesn't take longer than half an hour to charge. You can check the battery pack charge by looking at the lights on the back. If all the light are lit up it's fully charged.
Q: Can you charge up the mopie case with an apple lightning cable?
A: No.. But it comes with a connector
