A: You do not need other accessories for it to work. With the cell phone, just open the charging port cover and flip it so it fits into the already carved out area for the port cover. It should sit nicely into the bottom of the case so that the top attaches/slides atop to enclose the phone. The package includes the cord for your phone to charge but if you still have your samsung issued charging cord, thats all you need to continue charging your phone the same way. It's really an oversized case with a battery in the back with a switch to charge your phone if you are nowhere near an outlet. Just be sure your backup battery is charged. You can tell if it is by pushing the button on the back where it illuminates 4 lights. If all 4 glow, the extra juice fully charged and ready to go.
