Q: does a refurbushed phone have a new battery?
A: I am not sure if the battery is new or not, but I have had this phone now for about 2 months, and I am charging it once every two days thus far with regular usage. On my high usage days, I could still probably get away with not charging it, but it's down to about 25% after 2 full days of regular to heavy usage. So far, so good. I'm very happy with this Moto.
