Q: When will this be available?
A: Unfortunately component shortages has caused supply to be very low. I doubt that Best Buy has actually gotten any units to sell. That being said, it has only been released for about a week at the time of me answering so hopefully more will be available. But to answer your question, it's hard to say. MSI themselves aren't really sure either.
Q: Will it be like a bundle with special mause and mausepad ?
A: Typically MSI sells just the laptop and power cable in the box. So, no, probably no mouse or mousepad.
Q: Will there be space to add a second ssd?
A: Yes there is spot for a second SSD. The motherboard has 2 SSD ports
Q: Is this product coming back?
A: This is a brand new model that is in process of being released. On the MDI website, only one retailer currently has it and the rest are still waiting for MSI to send them stock.
