Q: will this card have a problem with the ryzen 5 1600x?
A: nope works good with it
Q: Will i have bottlenecking issues with a ryzen 3700X? Also should I overclock this gpu? If so, how?
A: Depending on the game titles you are playing and at what resolutions, will determine if you approach bottlenecking against the CPU. This card is more than capable of 1440p at ~120fps with an AMD 3700x on most titles with use of DLSS (where supported). The MSI 4070 has an oversized cooler and has no problem keeping overclocked GPU Core and Memory under 75c. (Research undervolting)
