A: No, if you buy the physical game for your digital PS5, you can only download and play the PS4 version of the game included with the Anniversary edition but you cant play the PS5 version without inserting the disc into the console.
Q: If I get the ps5 version of this game can it work on my ps4?
A: No. Only a PS4 disc will work with a PS4.
A: Delete the whole game from your storage on the ps5. Then go ahead and install the cross gen version that you purchased from your library of purchases. Once it installs the ps5 will now know that it has the full version installed on it.
A: I don't think so. Make sure you input the two codes you get with purchase of the game. One will be for 100K VC I think, and the other will let you download current gen version of the game as well
