Q: Can this camera read car plates
A: With our 4K cameras, they will allow you to get the best quality image, meaning you will be able to see license plates from parked cars from a distance of up to 100Ft away from your camera. Keep in mind that moving objects may be a bit more difficult to see clearly since there are variables such as weather, the speed of the object, among others that may prevent a good quality picture even with high-resolution cameras. Also, this is NOT a stand-alone camera is an Add-on camera for the 4K NVR series. Meaning you will need to have the 4K NVR in order to use this camera. Thank you for choosing Night Owl.
Q: Can the Cam-1H8 -BA be connected to the night owl 5.0 DVR ? One of the cameras is defective.
