Q: What kind of foot print /floor space does the seats use when reclined? What kind of wall clearence is needed to recline?

A: Depth Upright 36" Depth Fully Reclined 66" Width Row 3 Seats: 99.5" Requires 4" wall clearance to fully recline.

Q: How do I know which Turbo XL700 theater seats have power headrests in addition to the power recline?

A: The XL700 is a great seat but it is not available with a powered headrest. Our HR series of seating will have a power headrest. Thank you Octane Seating

A: These seats are the top-grain version of the Turbo XL700.

Q: Are these real leather or bonded leather and the photos show 2 variants (1 set with the blue lights and 1 without), which would be sent or how can you chose which you want? And what about assembly is that included?

A: Hello, The XL700 Turbo comes with blue LED lights standard when ordered with power recline. The manual recline models do not have the LED light option. thank you

Q: Does this exact one come in 4 seats? I’d love to get that one. I see others with the 4 seats but some don’t have arm rests in the middle seat and the others aren’t power operated.

A: Yes, that layout is called a row of 4 with middle loveseat and it is the most popular 4-seat format. It is currently available and in stock.

Q: Are these available to see at any store local in the bay area

A: Only the Magnolia and Headliner models are on display in Magnolia locations and certain design center locations. Unfortunately, the XL700 Turbo is not on display in the store but only online in CA.
