It's been used every day since arriving last week! Having the capability to govern the speed between 3 options is great, depending on where you're riding that day or who's riding it. I think I saw 17mph on the display at one point, so there's no issue getting to the max speed. Cruise control is nice too. The headlight and taillight are very bright. Being able to customize the LED color in the app is a fun feature (it lights up the front bar and underneath the base)! Extra bonus- quick shipping! We ended up purchasing two scooters "his and hers" in black and white for fun outings together! Maybe we'll let the kids borrow them when they're a little taller!

Love the speed, the lights, the app, the sleek look of the white scooter. Love zooming through the streets to go to the gym, the grocery store, my favorite restaurant, or just to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. Very happy with my purchase!!!

My husband and I each bought one, I love my scooter, we take it on all our trips. I love the white color on it and the speed it has as well as the duration of the charge, very durable!

I’ve been using my scooter to go everywhere and I save so much time. It’s comfortable to drive, the battery lasts forever and it’s easy to fold and carry around. The “Tesla of scooters” review got me! Wear a helmet and make sure to not go fast when the street is wet, it can slip when you break!

Very fun scooter. Appears to be build well and made to last. Easy to assemble and folds down for compact storage. There is a nice screen that shows mph and battery life. I also appreciate how there are 3 different modes to activate when riding (pedestrian, economy, and sports mode) to tailor your ride experience. This OKAI scooter has a ton of features for the money and a user friendly app. Great fun for adults and older kids, I'd recommend OKAI to anyone looking for an electric scooter. Shipping was fast through Best Buy and order came earlier than expected.

Within 2 months is falling completely apart. Missing screws, rattling under mudguard, and the pull to close has stopped working. Extremely saddened that I spent $430 on a vehicle that I’ve made sure to take the utmost care of and it’s already become unsafe to ride. Have ridden less than 100 miles on this scooter (the app tracks it). All I want is a refund n return.
