With this service, a Geek Squad Agent will remotely find and remove unnecessary software, optimize your Web browser, and make sure your operating system is running at peak performance.* You will be able to chat with the Agent over the phone or via an online chat window, and this Agent will obtain remote access to your computer so you won't have to perform important steps on your own.

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with a redemption code and instructions for scheduling your service. This e-mail usually arrives within 15 minutes.

    My computer was turning itself off soon after I started it up, not sure what the problem is but I explained all of this to the tech. She said they could remotely fix it, so I paid for it. After it was completed she said they set up a restoration point. The problem still is not fixed, I tried to restore it. Still did not work. It will no longer stay on long enough for me to try anything else.
