Q: I would like to know how thick it is.. It is a slim a protective case for iPad 2 air..

A: The case is not slim. It actually bulks up the tablet quite a bit, which is pretty common for Otterbox products, but it gives superior protection in return for both the front and back of the tablet whether in use or while transporting it.

Q: I have a Zagg glass screen protector on my iPad already. Should I take it off when I buy this case since the case has a plastic screen protector on it already or can I keep mine on?

A: I wouldn't take the screen protector off especially if it's a tempered glass one. iPad still works fine with my screen protector on it in this case

Q: Will this case work on the new iPad 9.7 screen Apple just released March 2017. If not do you have any similar heavy duty cases that will work with the new iPad? I just ordered 5 iPads and need to put in cases before I give to the destructosaurases lol

A: Yes, this case is compatible with 9.7'' screens.

Q: I can't get the charger to fit in the port with this case on. Any suggestions besides taking the case off to charge (which is a pain!). Have tried 2 different chargers.

A: Don't know what style of cord you have but we use a cord that is generic lightning style and it works fine. Are you putting the case on upside down maybe? If all else fails maybe you could enlarge the opening SLIGHTLY with a DREMEL tool. If you do this keep checking the fit so as not taking off any more than needed.

Q: I brought a otter case and to use the camera I have ti take one of the case of. What is wrong with this picture?

A: You have the wrong case. There are iPad Air cases and iPad Air 2 cases. They are not the same setup. Look into it and you will see I'm correct. I made the same mistake.

Q: Does this style fit the 2018 6th generation ipad?

A: No. The sixth generation is 1 mm thicker. You would think that this would not make a difference, but the case will not close do to this. I know this from personal experience! I have 2/6 generation iPads The first one I’ve purchased on the label said 5th/6th generation. So I assumed they were the same and ordered the one for the air 2.
