Q: Can I fit any glass protector on this?
A: I originally tried to use this case with the Otterbox AlphaGlass shield, which is a fortified glass cover that perfectly fits the S8 screen. It was so thick, however, that the Defender case could not stay snapped together. I returned the glass shield and now the case is staying tightly snapped. I suspect other brands of formed glass shields would have the same problems due to their thickness.
A: Otterbox Defender for Samsung S8 does not come with its own screen. It does, however, have a holster included. Would not recommend an integral Otterbox screen protector like you may have seen in previous O/B versions (simple piece of plastic built into the case itself). S8 phone screen is notorious for not playing well with screen protectors due to noticeable decrease in screen sensitivity. I eventually took my screen protector off and do not currently use a screen protector. This Defender protective case is very "grippy" in a shirt pocket; so, I do not expect it to slide out on its own. Very happy with purchase of the Defender case and confident it will protect my very nice and expensive phone.
