A: Not a kick stand, but a waist/belt clip
Q: Is this case rubber or plastic?
A: Both, actually. The inner shell and outer protective cover with the clip are hard plastic. The outer shell for the phone housing is rubber. Inner- directly on phone, hard plastic. Outer- layer that covers the hard inner shell is rubber/soft. Clip to cover screen or camera lenses is hard plastic.

A: Nope
Q: Does this work if you're using a cable to charge the phone?
A: Absolutely. This newer case for the newer IPhone models are modified with a higher lip on the top and bottom. The port for the area to charge or use wire earbuds is stronger than previous otterboxes. The speaker output holes are deeper, reinforced and produce more sound while in the case. It does get a little hot while charging, however it cools down quicker than older previous cases.
Q: is this case Magsafe compatible
A: No, unfortunately. Unless you have a device that is just charging only. If using for magnet for driving, the phone needs to be out of this case.
A: No, the case is almost exactly flush with the glass front.
