Good Case
I got this case because the battery on my iphone 5s wasn't even lasting a full day. The case is durable which I needed with 3 kids. The only two things I don't like is that the charging port on the case is NOT lightning like the phone so I can't use my car charger or anything and it makes the phone a little on the heavier side. Other then those it's great and does what it's suppose to do.

Battery portion of the case works
The case itself looks nice and the extra battery portion works well. The volume buttons don't work when the case is on though, even after taking the case on and off a few times and trying to adjust the actual phone buttons into the right spot in the case. Also the case makes getting to the headphones slot very difficult and you need to carry an adapter around at all times in order to use that feature of your phone.

Great backup Battery
I am very happy with the case, except for one issue. The controls for the volume on the case do not seem to match up properly with the controls on my iphone 5? Sometimes when I try to turn the volume down, it turns up. I am hoping it is just a matter of the "buttons" on the case being a bit stiff, making me push too hard and putting pressure on both buttons on the phone, and it may correct itself once the case is used more. This is not a deal-breaker for me, as the case is easy to take off, and I really only use it as a back-up when I need the extra battery time. And I got a great deal on this case from Best Buy, and it was well worth it to have a spare case with power bank built in. The spare battery kicks in perfectly when needed and lasts a long time. Very happy with the quality and length of battery time. I would recommend this, even with the button issue, as I think my case is just a little "stiff" because it is new.
