Q: Wondering if the front of the Otterbox Symmetry Series Case for Apple iPhone 7 is opened or covered with a clear cover? If it is covered, I would like to replace it with the other item. Please respond to my email as soon as possible. I need it soon.

A: The Otterbox Symmetry case does not include any type of screen protector/cover

Q: I just got my Symmetry case today, I guess I didn't realize there was nothing between the phone screen and the ground if you drop it. Did you find the edge of the case sufficient to protect the screen, or did you buy a protector/shield?

A: I've dropped it a few times without damage to the screen. I had the same worry when I first got the case but after the first few drops realized that it does the job well!

Q: Does this case have a rubber grip-type edge? or is it hard plastic?

A: It's hard plastic and I thought it might slip out of my hand but has not.

A: Would say the one I received is clear, I see everything on my the back of my phone clear, not frosted, I love it,

Q: Does this have a California prop 6 warning on it? Other Otterbox I looked at did and with a toddler I was trying to avoid that. Thank you

A: Went back to the original packaging and I can confirm that the California Proposition 65 Warning is included.
